The RED Perspective has NO PAID STAFF. All of our work is completed by volunteers who set aside free time to help us carry out our mission. We have low overhead/operations costs. You can be sure that your donation is used exactly as you intend. Incoming contributions are sent right back out to do the most good through our organization's programs.

Legally, The RED Perspective is only required to file the 990N postcard with the Internal Revenue Service. However, we have elected to file the 990ez report for greater financial transparency with the public. You can find this detailed report on our GuideStar profile.
